Nom nom nom. It’s more fun to be plant-based than it was a decade ago. Plant-based cheese, yogurt, eggs, and even meat and fish are shaping up to be downright delicious. Yes, we encourage eating mostly plants in their original form (i.e. kale, not crunchwraps), but a little bit of these products goes a long way into supporting a transition to a more plant-based lifestyle and packing flavor into meals with very little effort.

“Fake” Meat
Halleluja for fake meat. A great bridge food for many carnivores, fake meat is not exactly healthy, but it’s better for the planet and better for the animals than any meat from a sentient being. So, eat it or not to get yourself to a less animal-intensive plate.
